Healing begins when you feel safe to show up fully as yourself—questions, emotions, contradictions, and all. I help people heal from trauma, anxiety, perfectionism, body image struggles, and life's major transitions. Many of my clients feel caught between who they've been expected to be and who they're becoming. Together, we'll untangle old patterns, reconnect with your authentic self, and build greater clarity, self-trust, and a life that feels more aligned with who you are.

I'm a Master Clinician and Trainer in Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), an evidence-based treatment that helps people process painful memories quickly and effectively. I combine ART with a warm, collaborative approach to help clients heal efficiently while creating meaningful, lasting change.

Outside the therapy office, you'll usually find me reading, exploring the outdoors, or spending time with my family. As a mom of seven, I know life can hold both deep joy and profound grief at the same time.
