My approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in a strengths-based perspective. I have experience working with people of all ages from age 5 to adults. Some areas in which I have worked includes, anxiety, depression, relationships issues, PTSD, self-esteem, trauma, social issues, and military families.
My goal is to create a welcoming, non-judgmental space where you feel safe to reflect, heal, and grow at your own pace.
