Taking the first step to attend therapy can be a daunting task. We often seek therapy for a variety of reasons. I believe everyone deserves to have a safe space where they can explore their thoughts, emotions, and needs. I strive to create this environment through the use of person-centered therapy and supportive therapy. We will work together to determine your goals and the steps we can take to help you meet your goals.
My clinical experience includes working with children, adolescents, teens, and young adults who are struggling with a variety of concerns such as anxiety, depression, peer relations, self-esteem, emotional disturbance, and other psychological disorders. I also administer psychological evaluations and assessments.
I am passionate about creating an individualized therapeutic experience for each individual. I believe each session should be tailored to the individual because therapy is not a one size fit all experience.
