Hi I’m Maritza Noriega. I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist with seven years of experience providing mental health services to individuals, children, adolescents, and families. I have experience using different therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to treat anxiety, depression, and trauma. I specialize in working with culturally diverse populations and am fluently bilingual in Spanish. Gold crown is an in-person DBT/process group for high school teens 14-17 struggling with isolation, depression and anxiety. All genders welcome! Wednesday 5pm-6:30pm. Please email if you are interested.
Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) group
This virtual group is for young adults 18-25 who are struggling with anxiety, depression, self esteem, isolation, or having trouble figuring out what to do with life. We teach life skills and bond with other youth adults.
