Therapy isn't just for issues so large that you feel it is a final chance. Here, we can work together to come to terms with grief, depression, anxiety, or addiction and work through it. Going alone through such a journey is hard, but you don't have to do it alone. We can work towards having peace again or even for the first time.

I am passionate about helping others with any form of problem and/or trauma. In therapy, I will provide an environment of respect, compassion, support, and collaboration and a safe place to be heard and understood without judgment. We will work together to overcome your obstacles.

I utilize a variety of tools and techniques to help my clients. I use person-centered to promote self-awareness and empowerment. I use CBT to help identify and change maladaptive thoughts.
