I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctoral degree of psychology and I am EMDR Certified. I provide therapy in English and Spanish and enjoy working with multicultural populations. I work with individuals, couples and families virtually through telephone or video therapy.
I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and a life worth living. I help others improve their relationships by teaching communication skills. My approach is to be collaborative, compassionate and empathic and to help you build on your strengths, find solutions, and heal past wounds that are holding you back.
