I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a doctoral degree of psychology. I am EMDR Certified which helps healing trauma. I am also trained in CBT and DBT therapy. I provide therapy in English and Spanish and enjoy working with multicultural populations. I work with individuals, couples and families virtually OR in person.
I am passionate about helping people reach their goals and a life worth living. I help others improve their relationships by teaching communication skills.
