Anxiety, Stress, Depression, Relationship/Sexual Issues, Pornography, Anger, Life Changes, Career, LGBTQ+ Issues, and Faith/Spirituality are issues I often address. My approach is practical and nonjudgmental, primarily from Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) and Reality/Choice perspectives. For couples, I'm trained in Gottman Method, the most research-based model for marriage and couples therapy. Office, video, and phone sessions may be options during the COVID pandemic.

I am extremely diversified.So, it is my belief I can professionally handle any clinical issue that comes my way.I am very good with PTSD issues & relationship themes.I believe I do God's works so I do not lack confidence.I suppose I learned that from Notre Dame University.However, since I was also very good at football,boxing and skiing & I have excelled in many other endeavors,I love my work as it allows me to be helpful & creative and I can put my extensive years of education & experience into practice.

Life is complicated. Often the difficulties and stress we face create conflict and struggles that need to be shared with others. When working with trauma survivors, my theoretical orientation is based on cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, and existential therapy techniques, as well as the 3-Stage Trauma Recovery model developed by Dr. Janet Hansen. Dr. Hansen’s model focuses on helping the patient develop safety and stability before addressing traumatic memories. A focus on the mind and body is an important component of my work with clients.
