I am a licensed psychologist with over 13 years of experience working with teens, college students, adults and couples who are facing various challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to life transitions and relationship stress. To put it simply, my goal is to help you better understand yourself so that your experiences and your relationships are meaningful and fulfilling. The PWCB is a center dedicated to the prevention, support, and treatment of maternal and family mental health challenges. The PWCB consists of five licensed perinatal mental health specialists, graduate level interns, a reproductive psychiatrist, acupuncturist, naturopath, pelvic floor PT, infant/child sleep specialist, and lactation consultant all of whom are speciality trained in reproductive and perinatal mental health through PSI.

I've been married since 1999 and my own relationship has been through several peaks and valleys so I help couples from both a personal and professional perspective. I have a Master's and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, I'm a Licensed Psychologist, and I've been in private practice since 2004.
