In my practice I work with two groups of people, couples and Men/Adolescent Boys. When working with couples we focus on building trust and safety while exploring past hurts, marital conflict, parenting struggles, resentment, affairs and addiction. I also enjoy working with couples who are newly approaching marriage with pre-marital counseling. When working with Men/Adolescent boys we explore grief and loss, life transitions, anxiety relationships, betrayal, depression, ADD/ADHD, personal failure, divorce, sexual struggles, infidelity, pornography, drugs and alcohol addiction.
