Are you struggling with anxiety, depression, or the lingering effects of trauma? Do you feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected from yourself and others? You're not alone. Imagine a fly beating itself against a window. It thinks if it just tries harder it can reach the light, achieve freedom, but no matter how hard it tries it can't escape. The sad part of this story is there is an open door right behind it. My job is to show you the skills and steps to turn around and find the doorway to freedom from the stuck places our nervous systems have been locked into.
My Specialty is trauma and relationship issues. My top modalities are Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and somatic trauma release.
My goal is to work collaboratively with you, at your own pace, and to really understand your experiences and what's important to you. There's no judgment here, and we'll focus on what you want to address. I want you to feel really safe with me, and we will deal with anything difficult together, only when you feel ready.
