I am a bilingual psychotherapist (English and Spanish). The population I work with is adults. I completed a postgraduate course in an Integrated Model of Psychotherapy which allows me to work with different techniques depending on your goals. I also completed the EMDR therapy training, which helps resolve traumatic events and symptoms.
Therapy can help you regain a balance in your life and build healthy ways to cope with your present life, allowing you to feel more strength, and empowered.
