Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 8 years of diverse experience and continue to evolve in new treatment models. I have worked with individuals, families, and couples alike. I have specialized training in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, and women's issues. Due to my years of experience, I've learned techniques and strategies that include Solution Focused Brief (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral (CBT), and Christian Counseling therapies. I believe that using various techniques and strategies to assist you in your journey is a fulfilling movement as a therapist.
