With over 30 years of combined experience as a psychotherapist, healer, and educator, I work with children, adults, families, and couples. I combine traditional talk therapy with somatic and integrative approaches, including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work), and other trauma-informed therapies, embodiment, and mindfulness-based interventions.
