I am passionate about working with individuals who are seeking healing, restoration, and a deeper understanding of themselves. Many of my clients come to therapy after experiencing trauma, loss, relationship wounds, or seasons of feeling disconnected from who they are.
With empathy, curiosity, and a trauma-informed approach, I walk alongside clients as they process their experiences, reconnect with their strengths, and rediscover hope. Healing is not about becoming someone new, it is about coming home to the person you have always been beneath the pain.
I specialize in helping individuals heal from trauma, attachment wounds, anxiety, depression, grief, and relational challenges. My trauma-informed approach integrates neurobiology, attachment theory, somatic practices, and parts work to help clients understand their patterns, regulate emotions, cultivate self-compassion, and create lasting change.
You may have learned to survive by carrying the weight of your experiences alone, but you do not have to continue doing so. Healing happens in safe and supportive relationships where you feel seen, valued, and understood. I invite you to take the next step toward understanding yourself more deeply and moving toward restoration and hope.
