I connect well with college students who are having relationship difficulties, people struggling to find happiness in their marriage, as well as expecting parents + post-partum.
My strength is connecting with others. I enjoy being present with my clients. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship as a tool for healing. I allow my clients to process their thoughts, feelings, worries, and fears openly and freely without judgment. I help them to challenge their current situation, thoughts, and feelings to find peace.
