My ideal clients are adults who are ready to move through anxiety, OCD, life transitions, or other challenges and reach meaningful goals. They often come to me struggling with anxiety, OCD, life after divorce, women's issues, self-esteem concerns, or food-related challenges. What I value about my work is creating a space where people feel genuinely safe to discuss difficult topics without judgment. I meet you where you are and work from there, blending different therapy approaches to match your unique needs. Together, we'll develop practical tools, build self-awareness, and move toward the meaningful change you're seeking.
I'm part of the Anchor Health Counseling team, and we want to make it easy to start therapy. We are in-network with Aetna, Cigna, BlueCross Blue Shield (BCBS), United Healthcare, and Medicare. You can call us, email us, or visit us online at the Anchor Health Counseling website.
