I have a profound respect for using Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) with my clients who have experienced previously negative events in their lives. I also utilize Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP) to work through OCD, anxiety, and phobias.

I specialize in the following areas: trauma, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), perinatal mental health, grief and loss, dissociation, depression, and anxiety. I use Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused, and Narrative Therapy.
