Announcement icon I am currently offering telehealth and in-office therapy sessions in Huntersville, North Carolina.
This year has been challenging and full of change for many. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, lost, or having trouble adjusting you are not alone! If you experience ADHD or anxiety it is possible you felt this way long before this year. Have you ever wished you had less fear, more self-confidence, or more skills to handle challenges or change? Therapy can help in many ways with this and other things. Some people also need help with trauma or past difficult events to reduce emotional distress and move forward. If any of this fits your experience you may benefit from therapy.
I specialize in therapy for ADHD, social or generalized anxiety, low self-esteem, difficult life transitions and trauma. I am experienced in helping survivors of emotional abuse, sexual abuse, bullying, narcissistic abuse and childhood emotional neglect. I use EMDR, CBT, ACT and mindfulness skills to help clients feel better and reach goals they value.
Anxiety, ADHD, and trauma symptoms can be painful, overwhelming, and misunderstood, but you just took a small step towards change by researching help. You are braver then you think and moving towards something new. The next step could be finding a therapist who is a fit for you. I am ready to answer questions about treatment to see if I could help.
