When we are struggling in life, feeling stuck, hurt, confused, or alone we all deserve a safe space to talk with someone who will not judge us but instead walk alongside us to foster change and growth. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides mental health treatment for those 18 and older. I take a goal-oriented therapeutic approach to counseling that focuses on how our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are interconnected. I have experience helping those struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, stress, and women's issues.
