I admire the courage of each and every person who makes the decision to come to therapy. My experience involves providing individual, group, and school counseling services to children as young as 2 years old, adolescents, young adults, and adults. I have unique experience in working with individuals on the autism spectrum.
I view therapy as teamwork, working side by side with you or your child to gain an understanding of life circumstances and stressors. Together, we work to help change unhealthy thought patterns so that healthier coping skills can be formed. I also work to help parents learn strategies to reinforce positive behaviors in children and manage challenges.
As a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, I use evidence based strategies while incorporating interpersonal and behavior management techniques to help clients become more successful emotionally, behaviorally, and socially.
