Mental Balance & Healing, PLLC helps individuals who want to invest in themselves, explore the difficult things in their life, and who are willing in doing the work it takes to see change occur. Individuals who want to look inward and see where they can be the change they want to see in situations life has given them. I specialize in working with those that have struggled with past trauma and are seeking to understand its effects on them now and actively want to make changes of personal growth. The healing process provides you the belief that you are worthy of effort, support, and self-love and I am happy to help you achieve that.
I am well-versed and growing in many different therapies and interventions including Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Brainspotting Phase 1, Psychodynamic Therapy, Family Systems Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Compassion Focused Therapy.
