I'm an NYC-based psychotherapist specializing in integrative psychotherapy and psychedelic-assisted therapy. My approach draws on IFS, EMDR, and somatic therapy to work with the whole person — mind, body, and spirit — creating space for the kind of change that actually lasts.
I work with individuals and couples navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and creative or identity blocks.
I offer ketamine-assisted psychotherapy as well as psychedelic preparation and integration for those working with non-ordinary states of consciousness. I also weave in breathwork, movement, meditation, and functional nutrition and supplementation where appropriate, because lasting change often asks us to tend to our whole selves.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over two decades in the art world and building restaurants and businesses in NYC and abroad. That life gave me a genuine appreciation for creativity, resilience, and the many different forms a meaningful life can take, and it shapes how I show up for the people I work with.
