If you’ve been struggling with these kinds of stressors or feel like you’re stuck, I’m here to help you find a path that feels right for you. As an LPC, I specialize in working with adults who are navigating various life transitions. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can freely share your struggles, unpack your story, and work through the complex emotions that come with challenging times.
I believe therapy is a partnership. In our sessions, we’ll work together to develop a treatment plan and goals that feel manageable and aligned with what you need. We’ll approach your concerns from an eclectic, personalized standpoint—there is no one-size-fits-all solution in therapy. My approach blends different therapeutic modalities to fit your needs.
