How does life keep 'lifing' and I am just here? Recently become a new mom and struggling? Unhappy in your relationship and uncertain what to do? If you’ve been struggling with these kinds of stressors or feel like you’re stuck, I’m here to help you find a path that feels right for you. My focus is working with adults who are navigating life transitions. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental space where you can safely share your struggles, unpack your story, and work through the complex emotions that may arise in therapy. My ideal client will feel motivated and not mind some humor and sarcasm I may bring in session.

I believe therapy is a partnership. In our sessions, we’ll work together to develop a treatment plan and goals that feel manageable and aligned with what you need. We’ll approach your concerns from an eclectic, personalized standpoint—there is no one-size-fits-all solution in therapy which is one I ensure our work is individualized for you.
