I am a licensed therapist offering compassionate, evidence-based therapy. I support individuals through challenges with infertility, pregnancy and infant loss, postpartum mood and anxiety disorders, birth trauma, surrogacy, third-party reproduction, adoption, and the journey of pregnancy and parenting. I also provide supervision toward licensure to rostered non-licensed clinicians. I also work with adolescents &adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or relationship challenges.
I specialize in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) and parts-work, valuing an integrative approach to mindfulness. My hope is to help you make meaning of your experiences, reconnect with your strengths, and move forward with more clarity and compassion for yourself.
