I work best with clients who grew up with dysfunction in their attachment figures or upbringing and now feel its impact in adulthood. They often come in with anxiety, depression, shame, people-pleasing, or relationship struggles: feeling self-aware but still stuck or disconnected. The core of my work is supporting clients through transition and trauma, helping them build a healthy sense of identity, release shame, and move toward a more grounded, authentic way of being.
Together, we’ll explore the different parts of you with curiosity and compassion, creating a safe space where every part is welcomed and understood. This approach helps you build self-acceptance, emotional safety, and stronger connections with yourself and others.
