I also specialize in working with the neurodiverse community, including ADHD and autism. My ADHD‑CCSP training and personal understanding of neurodivergent experiences help me create an affirming space for neurodiverse clients and therapists to feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Together, we’ll explore coping skills that truly fit your needs—whether that’s deep breathing, painting, going for a walk, allowing yourself the grace to take a nap, or even watching your favorite show. My goal is to help you build confidence, rediscover your inner strengths, and find approaches that support your well‑being.
