I believe that empathy and compassion are the foundation of the healing relationship. I believe in meeting clients where they are at in their therapeutic journey. I am trained in working with clients struggling with a variety of difficulties such as: depression, anxiety, mood disorders, eating disorders, and trauma. I believe that therapy is a collaborative process and I work alongside my clients to identify goals that aide in decreasing emotional turmoil and suffering. I use an integrative approach in therapy, pulling from CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, solutions-focused, and trauma-informed.
I honor the willingness and courage it takes to seek help. I believe that every client has a story that is unique and deserves to be heard. I provide a safe, warm, and non-judgmental approach for clients to witness a wide range of thoughts, feelings, and emotions. My hope is to help empower clients to connect to their own wisdom.
When I am not working with clients, I enjoy traveling the world with my husband, running, and having game nights with friends and family. I look forward to meeting you and working alongside you on your journey.
