Hi, I'm Marissa - I am deeply passionate about promoting mental health and well-being, driven by my belief in every person's inherent strengths and resilience. By meeting clients where they are and adopting a strengths-based and assets-based approach, I aim to collaboratively create a therapeutic environment where clients can thrive and reclaim control over their lives. I am deeply dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of my clients and am honored to accompany them on their journey toward healing and personal growth.
My approach encompasses comprehensive and holistic support for external and internal life stressors. I aim to assist clients in mitigating barriers by cultivating social support networks and actively seeking out available resources to meet each individual's needs. My commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment drives my practice.
