I (she/her/hers) am a licensed psychological associate specializing in therapy for couples and adolescents. I enjoy helping couples strengthen their relationship by improving communication, rebuilding trust, and deepening their emotional connection! For teens, I provide a warm, non-judgmental space to navigate the challenges of adolescence. I assist teens in developing healthy coping skills, improving self-esteem, and building strong relationships with family and friends. Having worked with a diverse range of clients, I am sensitive to the unique experiences, beliefs, and values of each person.
I tailor treatment to each couple and client's unique needs, drawing from emotionally focused, acceptance and commitment-focused, and interpersonal-oriented approaches. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship characterized by empathy, sincerity, and warmth is a powerful tool for growth.
