I work with individuals ages 16 & older—particularly college-age & midlife adults—who are facing emotional stress, life transitions, & relationship challenges. My areas of focus include anxiety, grief &loss, interpersonal & relationship issues, parenting stress, women’s health concerns, self-esteem, body image, & major life transitions.

Drawing from interpersonal and psychodynamic approaches, we work together to deepen self-understanding, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop practical tools that support emotional balance, confidence, and more meaningful connections in your daily life.
