As a trauma-focused, EMDR-trained therapist, I offer a supportive and collaborative space for individuals navigating the impact of trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship challenges. My work is rooted in compassion, curiosity, and the belief that each person has the capacity to heal, reconnect with themselves, and build the life they deserve. I support clients in progressing at a pace that aligns with their sense of safety, readiness, and personal agency.
I draw from evidence-based approaches including EMDR, Attachment Theory, CBT, DBT, somatic and nervous system regulation, and mindfulness, tailoring therapy to your specific needs. With experience in IOP-level care and having Washington State’s DV Advocacy training, I support survivors of trauma, abuse, and complex emotional distress with safety and respect.
Whether you're beginning therapy for the first time or returning to deepen your work, I strive to create a space for you where you feel seen, heard, and supported. My goal is to meet you where you are and support you in reconnecting with yourself. Together, we can explore what healing looks like for you.

In our early sessions, we'll focus on understanding what brings you to therapy, building safety, and moving at a pace that feels supportive and manageable. I offer a collaborative, nonjudgmental space where we can develop practical coping tools while addressing the deeper roots of emotional distress. Throughout our work, I prioritize empowerment, choice, and respect.
