Add ADHD to the mix, and sometimes “a lot” looks like 37 open tabs in your brain, a forgotten appointment, an overflowing to-do list, and wondering why something that seems so easy for everyone else feels so hard. I specialize in ADHD and neurodivergence and am a Certified ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP). I work with teens and adults who want to better understand how their brains work—not simply how to make them “try harder.” Together, we can identify your strengths, understand the challenges getting in your way, and find practical strategies that work for your brain.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. In addition to ADHD, I help clients navigate anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, relationships, and life transitions. Therapist isn't about me having all the answers- it's about having someone in your corner who listens, understands, and helps you find strategies that actually fit your life.
