We all have a story to tell, and no one story is the same as the next. We are all humans out here trying to do the best we can with what we have and what we know; however, sometimes we forget that we don’t need to do it alone. In exchange for you telling your story, I will provide you with a safe and inclusive experience. I can be a sounding board with new perspectives, a provider of encouragement that challenges you to see and seek your true potential, and/or an advocate who holds you accountable in working towards a better life.
To me, one of the most important aspects of the therapy process is having the right therapeutic bond. It is an honor for me to get to aid you in facing life’s challenges and I am passionate in doing so. With my genuine and authentic approach, I create space for collaboration, challenges, courage, and compassion.
Although therapy is rated E for everyone, I prefer to work with clients age-10 through adulthood. I enjoy working with preteens and teens adjusting to themselves and the systems they have been thrust into. With adults, I specialize in helping to figure out a sense of identity and to determine how they fit into the world.
