Groups
Glow Up Circle: A Focus on Self-Love
Glow Up Circle is a virtual trauma support group for female-identifying young adults ages 18–35 who are healing from childhood trauma and its impact on relationships, identity, and self-worth. The group is LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent-affirming & led by a trauma therapist and EMDR practitioner with lived experience. This group supports participants navigating complicated, painful, or emotionally confusing family relationships. Together, we'll explore emotional neglect, boundaries, and cultivating self-trust and compassion. Grounded in trauma-informed and relational approaches, the group offers a supportive, nurturing space for reflection, connection, and meaningful growth. *AETNA, BCBS, & NC SHP ACCEPTED
