I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lesley University and have several years of experience working with a diverse range of clients in various settings. Through my work I support clients in navigating life’s stressors, anxiety, depression, family conflict, self-esteem, life transitions, motivation and beyond.
