I specialize in treating adults with anxiety, depression, and infertility, and am certified in perinatal mental health, treating women during pregnancy and through the first year postpartum and beyond. I am eclectic in my approach, utilizing a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and psycho-education.
