I have experience working in community mental health working with adults managing depression , anxiety, grief, life changes, stress, interpersonal conflict, and suicidal thoughts/attempts. I have worked with children as young as 1 6 who are managing depression, adjustment disorder, and life changes. Through my training and education I have been able to assist clients in improving their quality of life by guiding them through understanding and processing the world/life around them.
To me, you are the expert in the room. You know yourself and story the best. My goal is to help you grow and learn wherever you are right now. I use a person-centered, narrative approach and am organic in my sessions. I have specialties in working with a wide variety of populations and would say I specialize in working with the LGBTQ+ community.
