Change is an inevitable force in our lives, and coping with change can be a challenging, exhilarating, and sometimes terrifying process. We may feel out of control of the changes in our lives, even if we initiate or desire these changes. Coping with the challenges we face in life is a complicated process. I provide a warm, open, and honest place to explore and reckon with this tension, using humor and creativity. I work with individuals and couples ages 18 and up who are coping with depression, anxiety, attachment style issues, adjustment challenges, grief, and trauma.
Curiosity, creativity, and compassion guide my professional practices. Through expressive arts therapies, we will work together to explore your unique, organic healing process. My practice is grounded in Existential and Mindfulness theories, with an emphasis on providing Person-Centered care that acknowledges and accepts the full dimensions of our lives.
I provide care that is LGBTQIA+ affirming, trauma-informed, and culturally sensitive.
