I am a sex therapist, focusing my practice on couples, sexuality, and family systems, helping couples and families navigate relational dynamics. I assist couples in creating and strengthening shared language, as well as developing new vocabulary and communication skills. My training includes working with issues related to desire, intimacy, infidelity, conflict management, and parenting. I support couples in establishing relational agreements, processing unresolved trauma, and navigating neurodiversity and mental health together. I have experience working with interracial, interfaith, and multicultural families.

Additionally, I work with families to address topics such as adoption, mental health, queerness, and disability. I have experience working with gay men, heterosexual couples, lesbian couples, and queer couples, as well as those in monogamous, swinging, non-monogamous relationships.

A weekend intensive may be a good option for couples who want to stabilize their relationship after an affair or address a recent crisis. This group is for individuals navigating the emotional, mental, and practical aspects of ending a relationship. Whether you’re in the early stages of separation or adjusting to life after divorce, this group provides a guided space to connect with others. We explore topics like grief, sexuality, communication, and what it means to build a new future. All genders and relationship backgrounds are welcome. There are both in-person and virtual group options. Cost: $75 per group.
