I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with 3 years of experience. I have worked with adolescents and adults in public schools, shelter programs, and outpatient mental health clinics. I excel in helping individuals with concerns including ADHD, anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, domestic abuse, homelessness, low self-esteem, relationship issues, and trauma. I help my clients learn from their past experiences and find relief through understanding, awareness, and behavior change. I use compassion, humor, and empowerment to help clients feel more comfortable being vulnerable and expressive.
I have a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Regis College. I use a blend of acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and person-centered therapy to meet my clients’ unique needs.
