I work with people who are seeking deeper alignment in their lives. Those struggling with finding purpose or direction, and those feeling stuck on a path that no longer serves them. I also specialize in working with adolescents and teens, people in their 20s navigating early adulthood, polyamorous and non-monogamous adults, and those experiencing or considering big life transitions. Think relational changes like marriage, loss and grief, entering parenthood, and divorce, and other big life changes like career transitions, exploration of gender and sexuality, and navigating new experiences of health and ability.
I believe that you are the expert and authority of your own experience, but I also believe that you are coming to therapy for engaged and direct support from a professional. Sometimes this looks like slooowing things down so we can build emotional presence, and sometimes it looks like providing the push you need to name the things that are hardest to name.
Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, awkward, or long overdue. You do not need a perfectly articulated problem to begin. Therapy can be a space to take a beat, make sense of what is unfolding, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels supportive and real.
