I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 3 years of experience working with children, adolescents, adults, families, and couples. I gained clinical experience at the Children’s Crisis Treatment Center, working with children ages 2–5, and later served as an outpatient therapist supporting individuals and families. I specialize in depressive disorders, anxiety, oppositional and conduct disorders, disrupted attachment, and adjustment and trauma-related concerns. I focus on helping clients and families strengthen communication, build coping skills, and regulate emotions in a productive, healthy way.
I earned a Master’s in Counseling Psychology from Eastern University. I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy, play therapy, and child-parent interventions to nurture emotional growth and resilience.
