Trying to understand individual behavior within the context of the family. My approach to therapy is to help process thoughts and feelings in an environment that is safe and non-judgmental.
I have experience working with a variety of issues including depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, ADHD, behavioral issues, attachment disorders, abuse, anger and marital and family issues. I aim to address the symptoms as well as identifying the deeper roots of present challenges.
