I have over 10 years of experience and have worked in various therapeutic settings which include treatment centers; psychiatric hospitals, and private practice. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, stress, lack of motivation, low self-esteem, life/career changes, and unhealthy coping mechanisms.
