Many children and teens struggle with managing big emotions, staying focused, or feeling confident in themselves. They may experience anxiety, behavioral challenges, difficulty making friends, or trouble adjusting to changes such as a new school or family transitions. Parents often describe feeling unsure of how to best support their child. My clients want to understand what’s behind these challenges and develop tools to help their child feel calmer, more capable, and connected both at home and at school.
I help children, teens, and families build emotional regulation, coping skills, and self-esteem through play therapy and CBT. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each child’s needs, creating a safe space for growth and confidence.
