Hi, I’m Marisol! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 9 years of experience working with teens, young adults, and adults. My background includes having worked in outpatient as well as private practice settings. I most commonly treat anxiety, life transitions, career exploration, ADHD, stress management, parenting support, and depression. I work from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy perspective but also employ various other therapeutic techniques to help you feel heard, validated, and empowered to make healthy choices.
