Deciding to begin therapy is the first step in a life changing decision. Welcome, my name is Marisol Cendejas , I am a bilingual therapist who cares about creating safer spaces to empower mental health and wellness in BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, and people of color), and all communities. As a therapist who shares a similar background, I can understand your unique personal and professional experiences, family dynamics, and/or the stigmas against mental health in our community and culture.
