I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR trained) with my clients to help address past traumas, anxiety, depression, substance use and more. During our sessions I provide you with a safe, authentic and nonjudgmental space where you can feel at ease to be seen, heard, understood and validated.
