I offer somatic psychotherapy for women who want to move beyond insight alone into embodied, lasting change. Our work honors your nervous system and unfolds at a pace that feels supportive rather than rushed. Together, we use gentle, body-based approaches to nurture safety, strengthen self-trust, and support more authentic connection.

I specialize in somatic psychotherapy for women navigating the long-term effects of developmental trauma, attachment wounds, and chronic nervous system overwhelm. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP), my work is grounded in nervous system–informed care, relational attunement, and a trauma-sensitive approach to healing.

This work tends to be a good fit for women who are reflective, curious, and ready to engage in a deeper therapeutic process. Many of my clients have already done therapy and are now seeking something more embodied and experiential. I also offer Somatic Coaching and Consulting through my separate coaching practice, The Woven Path.
