As the founder of Root To Rose Psychotherapy Services, It has always been my belief that people do their best when they feel heard and cared for. My practice aims to provide a supportive and nonjudgemental environment to begin exploring the vulnerability of our emotional needs.
At Root To Rose, I provide compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy for adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, and emotional overwhelm.
With more than ten years of experience, I utilize evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Internal Family Systems (IFS), to help clients challenge negative thought patterns, process difficult emotions related to past and present experiences, and strengthen self-awareness through identity exploration.
